9, 11, 13 (ig i beat it?)

and then lost at 3 on purpose to see myself kicked out

no way i was searching for this for so long ty

Wow! This is a really hard game! And I thought I was good at rhythm games! I love it! Do you think you could make a version for browser?

It was fun but hard experience! Loved it!

it was cool and all but no settings music was far to loud for me and the boing noises kept throwing me off completely

Wish there was mobile...

I have a few issues with this game.

1: There is no input lag compensation, so I have to tap about a quarter second early instead of tapping the rhythm itself. Yes, on Windows standalone.

2: The screen shaking and chromatic aberration effect is too extreme, and could cause seizures. There should be an accessibility option to turn the effect on, and just stick to turning the screen red instead.

3: I died when the game didn’t give me enough life to get to the first note of the next pattern. Life should not be draining while the prompt is shown (and the cues are played before Lv. 10).

the first one would actually be solved with raw input instead of default input- osu! does this

osu! has input lag on my end too. That’s why I quit.

you probably didn't spend enough time optimizing both the game itself and/or your pc/laptop. shit runs at 144fps on a pentium

Source?

(-1)

i have 948 hrs on the game and a shit laptop. literally just disable all the fancy effects, turn bg dim to 100%,  storyboards/video off,  optimize windows settings and all that shit and you'll be good to go.

I'd agree for once

Finally got to try the game! Super fun, first run died at 27 and there was nothing I could do about it, I was in a rest lmao

(+2)

Plz make linux port cause i know it was made with unity

use wine

it runs like asscheeks

Bump!

Really fun once you get used to it! Amazing game and interesting lose conditions!

(1 edit)

There's a glitch/bug in this game. The progress bar is a little bit offset from the outline of the bar. You can see some red on the left where it shouldn't be. Fix that please.

psychological torture

Basically no QOL features such as volume or window size, and horrific input delay that made it basically unplayable for me (its not my hardware, I play other rhythm games). If the input delay gets fixed it has potential to be pretty fun I think

Game was working two days ago, now crashes when I click play?

(+1)

surprisingly hard, really addicting :)

highest score was 15

Thought I'd easily go through this since I've watched a lot of Rhythm video games in my spare time and know my timing..... turns out my rhythm senses isn't that great and has only managed to get up to level 11 so far :')

Still an awesome and fun game, though the timer when I get close to losing does feel too daunting to me. Nonetheless, good job Louie and Toby!! ^_^

20 Score first try lets goo

Made it to level 32!
The only complaints I have with the game are that the timer on the bottom is a bit too harsh, like, you'll end up nearly losing fairly quickly even if you haven't missed a single note. Also, an option to have a delay setting for input lag would be good. But I loved this! (Being a masochist, I naturally would.)

really want to play this game, but the window is way too tiny to play in, and I can't enlarge the window....

samee, i played this game in a normal resolution for like 2-3 matches (i didnt play multiple matches in a single session), but then after another start the game window became just extremely tiny

I highly recommend Borderless Gaming by Codeusa on github. Also comes in handy for Minecraft and other similar games.

Try pressing this hotkey while you focus on the window: LeftAlt + Enter

If you're on windows, it should fullscreen the game flawlessly

It fullscreens but the quality is like 72p

(+2)

i lost at level 27 without missing a note because the timer expired during the first part

got to 35 :3
really fun stuff! it feels so silly playing along to 7 beats to a whole note and stuff like that because i just listen to the first two notes and then try as hard as i can to internalize that tempo while not listening to the actual music lol

my record is 12:)

Excellent game, just need an Android version

(+4)

Very well made, but there's a pretty bad audio latency problem that could be fixed through allowing input timing to be adjusted.

Amazing game!!! How do you get it full-screen on Windows though?

Try borderless gaming by codeusa on github!

Thanks!

I loved this game! I will be happily sending to anyone who needs to practice their sightreading. However, I thought I should let you know the "low hp warning" effects gave me a headache.

Got to 35 so far, pretty fun! A full game that's designed to teach people how to read rhythms via notation would be super cool! Maybe I'll get on that lol

ermmmmmm what the seal!

Al primer intento 15 y al segundo 18 diomio envidia betowen

(+2)

Literally don't know how to read music D:
Once the cues went away I was cooked

(+1)(-1)

OKay okay .... quite hard but my best score is 5 ....  i'm so bad

That was a cool funny game

I can't believe I can actually play Louie Zong's video!

I love the sea lion's face looking at me when I fail. (¬ω¬)

After Level12, the speed of the gauge decrease is very fast, but once you succeed, the 5-second grace period is restored, so I only need to succeed in the first beat and the last beat, and I can fail a little in the other parts of the game.

I could go up to Level20 at the maximum.

My best attempt is 12, I won't upload the result screen for spoiler reasons.
