my dumbass cant figure out how to play this game

I am sorry, but is there a way to change window size/ screen resolution? This application goes across both of my monitors and not in the pleasing way

L

Honey. Are You Playing The Seal Game Again?

You should work with the Heaven Studio Devs 👀 See if they'll incorporate this as a mini-game!!

i cant play this game anymore on mac T-T. it used to work fine now idk what happened

You need to get the Itch.io app, then it will work perfectly after downloading it through there

i have the app tho

(1 edit)

I wish this or a similar game included more complex rhythms from the western classical music tradition (esp. Chopin for example Nocturne in C-sharp minor and and Nocturne in Bb-minor).

What are the art & music licenses for this game (can livestreams and videos be made from it)?

(1 edit) (+1)

Not quite sure how to make the music play, it's acting up just with audio :(

edit: fixed it!!

This game is fun and it's better than fnf music wise I'm just trying to figure out how to beat this its really hard

I need help playing, starting it says (Cannot find Unity.dll)

It's a really nice game! can you release a mobile port?

It's pretty fun, I've reached lvl 12 first try

blud how

(+2)

git gud

(-5)

shit it minor

(-1)

its hard probably because of input delay

(-1)

true po poo

it's super fun but i haven't been able to get a very good score because of the delay in clicking, i know that i know what the beats are but because of the delay i keep messing them up, i would really like to see some sort of resolve to this!

(-1)

What do extract means s

Extract means it puts all the files in the zip file to a folder.

(-1)

how do you play this game

i play the piano and this game is pretty hard for me😭 honestly i think it's not that bad until u make a mistake bc making a mistake really messes up the whole thing, and thats when it starts to go downhill

(-1)

*muffled* this game is a shi-

(-1)

The Game is for clap?

(+1)

Would be great if this game supported input from external midi devices, like a beat pad, rather than having to abuse your space bar.

I can't get it to work on mac :( i don't know how to overwrite macOS restrictions

Same here

downloading itch.io and running it through there worked for me

oh no.. (this is good fun)

(+3)

what

There is an ending that says "Not bad, I think the audience enjoyed it!" You need to make yourself fail on level 11

i got 17 first try coz i cant read music.

Also i think they should add a way to compensate the latency, for example i played with bluetooth earbuds and it took my a while to match the delay.

oh no this was made with Unity

well as long as it doesn't get too popular

(-1)

As awful as all the unity stuff was, it never effected free games, should look more into stuff before you act on it.

(+1)

I guess you're right.

I really like this, though I'd like to see some compensation for audio and video delay. On my system a click takes so long to register I had to sync with the release rather than the press, which wasn't ideal. When it started getting faster and more precise as well the inaccuracy really started to add up.

I'd also, counterintuitively, like a way to disable the sound of your own claps. With the aforementioned delay, having to pre-press to keep your sound right is weird on a system with enough latency.

One other bit of feedback is I don't think the meter should naturally decay, and should only lower on a missed or innacurate note. The natural decay, especially when the game is going slower, can lead to a near unwinnable situation when there's nothing you can do and you're just waiting for one or two notes in a round.

That aside, I genuinely really like it! It's a lovely one button rhythm game.

Who was here from the original Rhythm Hell Video?

all hail the master

The game is lots of fun, especially for musicians like me. I got 22 first try, but I think it's because I play the piano. Anyway, there are a few things I'd like to see in a potential future update:

  • More rhythms, maybe taken from famous pieces with weird rhythms (I'm thinking about Holst's Mars or Stravinsky's Sacre du Printemps) or by mirroring the already existing rhythms
  • A polyrhythm mode, where the player must coordinate two or more rhythms at once, like on the piano or the drums: this is the feature I'd like the most, as it would open the doors for much deeper gameplay. The game could start with straight polyrhythms, then simple ones (2:3, 4:3, 5:6), and finally chaos. Maybe, instead of being its own mode, this polyrhythm thing could happen after a certain amount of time.
  • On my Windows laptop, the game's window is bigger than the display and I cannot resize it: since I've read multiple comments regarding the window being of the wrong size, you should allow for user's resizing.
  • This game will become very famous by adding a mobile version.
  • I know it's supposed to be Hell, but the fact that the timer runs even whilst the rhythm is being displayed and that it does not follow the speed at which the rhythm is being played makes each game shorter than it could be, even if it isn't the player's fault.

In conclusion, with a few updates, this could become a worldwide success. I believe in this game, and I would bet on it if I could - even if it is a remake of a Wii game.

a random measure generator for this would be so cool, then you'd never run out
